In Loving Memory of a Remarkable Woman: A Mother, Mentor, and Friend
The community is mourning the passing of a remarkable woman whose life was defined by strength, compassion, and an unwavering devotion to her family. Known affectionately as both “the shot caller” and “the one who ran the roost,” she may have been small in stature, but her presence was larger than life.

Above all else, she was a mother who put her family first. She instilled values of self-sufficiency, compassion, and resilience in those around her, teaching her children to work hard, to laugh at life’s challenges, and to never take themselves too seriously.

Her influence stretched across every chapter of her loved ones’ lives—from cheering at CYO games in grade school, to supporting academic pursuits like FIRST Robotics in high school, to being the reassuring voice on the phone when her son served thousands of miles away in the Marines. In moments of hardship, whether during family struggles or life’s inevitable challenges, she remained a constant source of love, comfort, and guidance.

She leaves behind a legacy not only as a devoted mother, but also as a mentor, confidant, and friend whose wisdom and support shaped the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Her laughter, advice, and steady presence will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

While her passing is deeply felt, her spirit lives on in the countless lessons she imparted and the unconditional love she shared. Her memory will continue to inspire compassion, resilience, and strength in all who were touched by her life.

Love you, Mom.
