It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Brandon Robinson, who died today after a long and very public battle with brain cancer.
Brandon’s journey was one of remarkable strength and openness. While many knew him as an affable and colorful television personality in eastern Kentucky, his true legacy rests in his courageous fight against cancer and his tireless efforts to raise awareness and support for brain disease research.
Unlike many who retreat in the face of illness, Brandon chose to live his struggle out loud. He openly shared his story, hosted fundraisers, and passionately advocated for increased medical research, inspiring countless others with his bravery and determination.
For us, the connection is even more personal, as our daughter and Brandon shared the same brain cancer surgeon. His strength and resilience gave hope not only to his loved ones but also to families facing similar battles.
We will forever remember Brandon as more than a television personality—he was a fighter, a friend, and a voice for those in need of cures. His absence leaves a void in our hearts, but his impact will live on in the lives he touched and the awareness he brought to such an important cause.
He will be deeply missed.
